All requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Office of Professional Education, The American College, 270 S. Bryn Mawr Ave., Bryn Mawr, PA 19010. We will refund your course tuition less a $155.00 cancellation fee for 30 days into the quarter for which you are registered. Textbooks do not need to be returned, and no refund will be given for these textbooks.
CFP® Certification Curriculum and Financial Planning Express™ Students
In addition to completing the CFP® Certification Curriculum, students must meet additional CFP® Board requirements in order to qualify to sit for the CFP® Certification examination. These include the completion of a Bachelor's degree and ethics and experience requirements. Please visit www.cfp.net for more information. Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, and CFP (with flame logo)® in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP® Board's initial and ongoing certification requirements.
The American College does not certify individuals to use the CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, and CFP(with flame logo)® certification marks.
