The American College is supported financially by tuition income from students, revenues from the sale of study materials, individual and corporate gifts and earnings on endowment funds transferred from The American College Endowment Foundation. As a nonprofit organization operated exclusively for educational purposes, The American College is exempt from federal income taxation under Sec. 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Gifts to the College and the Foundation are deductible under Sec. 170(b) of the Code.
